Tyler Wilson is an attorney, founder and investor who concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, finance and lending and outside general counsel services. Mr. Wilson brings a depth of sophisticated legal and commercial insight developed through representing multi-national corporations and serving as general counsel to public companies, where he advised on complex transactions and enterprise-level risk. Prior to joining Castor Easton, LLP, Mr. Wilson served as in-house counsel for a New York City-based hedge fund, guiding the firm through highly regulated environments and structuring high-stakes, time-sensitive transactions. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Wilson is the founder and co-founder of multiple businesses spanning an AI technology startup, a commercial lending platform, and an indoor trampoline park franchisor, giving him first-hand experience as an operator, investor, and strategic decision-maker. He approaches each engagement from the perspective of a business owner, coupled with personalized legal attention and pragmatic, results-driven strategy.

Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame, a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School, and a Certificate of Business Excellence from Columbia Business School.
