Jack Dillon
Jack Dillon is an attorney with Castor Easton LLP. He focuses his practice in the areas of private equity and venture financing transactions, federal and state securities law, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, finance, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Jack’s broad work experience includes five years at an AmLaw 200 firm and two years with the in-house legal departments of two separate real estate companies. Although he gained significant experience working in the multifamily industry, he discovered that he is truly passionate about working alongside entrepreneurs, start-ups and high growth companies and advising these clients through the wide variety of legal and business challenges facing them.
